Senior AI Governance & Enablement Analyst

• At least 5 years of experience in an analytical role
• Strong background in business analytics, data engineering, or related disciplines bridging technical and business objectives
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets in cloud data platforms
• Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing concepts, including dimensional data modelling and ETL/ELT processes
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based AI tools such as Claude or similar
• Practical understanding of AI assistants' construction and evaluation including quality metrics, representative Q&A datasets, ground truth, and performance monitoring
• Experience translating business needs into clear, well-documented requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to tailor communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Basic familiarity with Git, code review, and version control sufficient to read, review changes, and coordinate merges
• Knowledge of data governance and cataloguing practices including tools like Atlan
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with Data Engineers, Product Leads, Business Owners, and cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset to assess quality, reliability, and business relevance of AI-generated outputs
• Experience with Databricks is a plus

• Own the development and maintenance of the AI layer supporting business analytics, including Talk2Data and agent-ready data
• Define, implement, and test analytical components of the Talk2Data solution from specification and business validation through release
• Build and continuously improve evaluation frameworks for AI response quality, including metrics, Q&A pairs, ground truth, and quality monitoring
• Translate business needs, use cases, and business rules into clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and analytical specifications
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define dimensional data models using star schema, propose data quality checks, review merge requests, and support deployments
• Work with large datasets and cloud data platforms to validate data quality, structure, and AI readiness
• Collaborate with Product Leads, Business Owners, and stakeholders to confirm data ownership and ensure alignment with data governance standards
• Prepare presentations, guidelines, and materials for technical and non-technical audiences
• Facilitate enablement initiatives such as AI Office Hours and dedicated sessions with Product Leads
• Analyze user feedback, product analytics, and evaluation results to improve Talk2Data quality and performance
• Drive adoption of Talk2Data and AI-assisted analytics solutions across the organization
• Lead and validate Proofs of Concept related to AI implementation and new business use cases
• Diagnose and escalate technical issues related to AI tooling and integrations like Claude, Power BI MCP and connectors
• Evaluate and compare alternative AI solutions, tools, and approaches
• Critically validate AI-generated outputs
