Senior M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Specialist

Simon-Kucher Core Business Services Sp. z o. o. operates an IT Infrastructure & Operations team providing business-critical Microsoft 365 solutions including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive within an international environment. The company emphasizes secure, reliable, and maintainable technical solutions and platform governance in Microsoft 365.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including strong expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Proven experience designing, delivering, and supporting business-critical Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture and administration, Teams-connected SharePoint storage, OneDrive, Power Platform governance, identity, and permissions.
• Practical development and integration experience with Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell, and one or more of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, SPFx, or custom connectors.
• Experience with application lifecycle management, source control, testing, automated deployment, and production support.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security and compliance, including external sharing, retention, sensitivity, Data Loss Prevention, and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with structured IT service management practices including incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment collaborating with IT leads, technical teams, business stakeholders, Security, and Compliance.
• Degree or comparable qualification in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related; equivalent experience and relevant Microsoft or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or knowledge-intensive service industries is beneficial.
• Fluent business-level English; German or Polish is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear communication, collaborative mindset, and high level of ownership.

• Provide senior technical expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Maintain and improve the technical health of the Microsoft 365 environment, including architecture, configuration, standards, documentation, and lifecycle planning.
• Work closely with the M365 IT Service Lead to translate business and service priorities into secure and maintainable technical solutions.
• Design and develop Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and Dataverse.
• Design and support integrations using Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, PowerShell, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and custom connectors.
• Define and maintain technical governance and standards for environments, permissions, sharing, ownership, Data Loss Prevention policies, licensing, and capacity.
• Provide senior technical guidance for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, including storage architecture and lifecycle management.
• Provide L3 technical support and root-cause analysis for complex platform and application issues, coordinating with Microsoft and external partners.
• Apply application lifecycle management, source control, testing, release, deployment, monitoring, and business-continuity practices.
• Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder; contribute to technical standards, peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous service improvement.
