Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Kuehne+Nagel is a global logistics company operating a key Air & Sea Logistics IT System named SALOG that supports worldwide operations. The role is part of an international product team focused on building modern digital solutions to increase process automation, improve operational efficiency, and enable real-time customer interaction globally.

• Several years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and modern backend development.
• Solid commercial experience with Angular and the ability to contribute from day one.
• Experience with unit testing and software quality practices.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Spring, SQL, PostgreSQL, JPA/Hibernate, or similar enterprise frameworks.
• Experience working with development tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, or IntelliJ.
• AI fluency: actively uses AI tools in day-to-day engineering work.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain new features for SALOG using Java and Angular.
• Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions in a modern continuous delivery environment.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team.
• Create and maintain unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with analysts, testers, designers, and logistics experts to deliver business value.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support application releases, deployments, and operational activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, performance, and development processes.
