IT Systems Analyst

Kuehne+Nagel is a global leader in logistics, providing technology that supports the delivery of various goods worldwide, including fresh fruit and time-sensitive healthcare products. The role focuses on developing and improving SALOG, their global Air & Sea Logistics IT System that supports worldwide operations.

• Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Functional Design, or similar roles within complex software environments.
• Ability to work comfortably across both business and technical topics daily.
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and functional specifications independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to requirements engineering.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between business and IT.
• Experience with specification frameworks such as AsciiDoc is a nice to have.
• Excellent English communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and building relationships across global teams.

• Act as the key liaison between business units, development teams, and QA teams.
• Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
• Design detailed functional specifications and support the definition of end-to-end business processes.
• Work closely with solution architects to shape application design and functional concepts.
• Support developers and testers by clarifying requirements and ensuring shared understanding of specifications.
• Facilitate alignment meetings and workshops with business and technical teams.
• Plan releases and milestones together with business stakeholders.
