QA Engineer

Our client is a global leader in HR technology delivering an end-to-end SaaS platform that supports the entire recruitment lifecycle. • 2+ years of professional experience in software testing, QA engineering, software development, or a similar technical role.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, and Java.
• Experience with UI test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, WebdriverIO), and Page Object Model (POM).
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA and Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions and test management tools such as Xray.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to investigating technical issues.
• A technical mindset with understanding of software logic, data structures, and complex applications.
• Interest in AI-powered development tools and experience or willingness to learn coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex.
• Strong ownership, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive quality improvement attitude.

• Develop and maintain automated test suites, regression tests, and automation frameworks for internal applications.
• Support continuous delivery by collaborating with engineering teams on effective testing strategies and reliable test environments.
• Perform exploratory and manual testing to identify edge cases and issues that automated tests may miss.
• Use AI coding agents to automate repetitive test scenarios and improve testing efficiency.
• Investigate and document bugs in JIRA and Xray, identifying potential root causes.
• Work closely with developers and internal users throughout the development lifecycle, providing early feedback and ensuring quality standards are met.

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
