Information Security Analyst (K/M)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in two areas: building systems mostly for clients from finance, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors and supporting clients in recruiting specialists through bodyleasing.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity roles.
• Minimum 5 years experience in IT infrastructure administration or maintenance.
• Practical experience with IT infrastructure including servers, networks, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Good knowledge of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
• Experience in security incident analysis and handling.
• Skills in troubleshooting and conducting Root Cause Analysis.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes and ITIL v4.
• Very good command of English for daily cooperation with teams from Ireland and documentation/reporting.
• Ability to organize work independently, prioritize tasks, and take responsibility for actions.

• Analyze and handle security incidents from initial response to closure.
• Collaborate with external SOC partner and internal IT teams on threat analysis and response.
• Design, implement, and maintain security audit programs following standards like ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
• Conduct proactive security measures including penetration testing, Purple Team exercises, Disaster Recovery tests, and audits.
• Participate in developing and updating security policies, documentation, standards, and incident response processes.
• Administer and maintain tools and systems used in the Information Security domain.
• Support Continuous Service Improvement initiatives and IT projects.

Nice to have:

• Experience with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, or Agile.
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CISA, ISACA CSX-P, or similar.
• Technical certifications related to Windows Server, Azure, Microsoft 365, or CCNA.
