Technical Quality Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial real estate industry.
• Higher education (technical background preferred).
• Knowledge of modern technologies and market trends.
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level in speaking and writing).
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Independence and creativity in effective problem solving.

• Manage technical projects across all process areas including planning, preparation, execution, reporting, completion, and settlement.
• Actively seek opportunities to execute technical projects for managed properties.
• Prepare offers, sales presentations, and participate in client meetings.
• Perform technical control of properties managed by Colliers and oversee the quality of technical service providers, including verification of operational documentation.
• Prepare and implement technical instructions and procedures for subcontractors.
• Advise, support, and train Colliers Property Management employees on technical building matters, such as preparing investment budgets and cooperating with FM services.
• Participate in meetings with existing and potential clients.
• Engage in the process of taking over buildings for management by Colliers and manage the technical aspects of the takeover process.
• Seek opportunities to enhance the potential of managed properties.
