IT Technician - End User Support Technician

Nijhuis Industries Central Europe, part of Nijhuis Saur Industries, is an international company specializing in water and wastewater technologies for the industrial sector. They focus on activities such as water purification, resource recovery, and energy production to protect the environment for future generations.

• Diploma or vocational degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
• Fluent Polish language skills (mandatory).
• Advanced English language skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity.

Nice to have:

• Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems and endpoint management tools.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.

• Provide first-line IT support for users, including hardware, software, email, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues and escalate complex cases.
• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and application permissions.
• Handle and track support requests through the ticketing system.
• Support basic IT security and endpoint management activities.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365 and other company IT tools.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and contribute to support process improvements.
