Wymagania
- Diploma or vocational degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar role.
- Fluent Polish language skills (mandatory).
- Advanced English language skills.
- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
- Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and connectivity.
Nice to have:
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM systems and endpoint management tools.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
Obowiązki
- Provide first-line IT support for users, including hardware, software, email, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Diagnose and resolve day-to-day technical issues and escalate complex cases.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and application permissions.
- Handle and track support requests through the ticketing system.
- Support basic IT security and endpoint management activities.
- Assist users with Microsoft 365 and other company IT tools.
- Maintain basic IT documentation and contribute to support process improvements.
