Solution Architect

Pro Futuro Consulting is hiring for a Solution Architect position based in Warszawa, Poland.

• More than one year of documented experience as a pre-sales engineer, junior business analyst, customer service expert, or business development representative.
• Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation, and workflow systems.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Analytical skills.
• Independence and planning abilities.

• Collaborate with sales and solution consultants to understand customer challenges, workflows, and business goals.
• Discuss configurations required for custom demo workflows reflecting real-world use cases and client needs.
• Configure custom demo presentations using low-code technology based on detailed requirements.
• Ensure demo data, automation, and UI components provide a realistic user experience.
• Create reusable demo components, templates, and workflows to simplify future presentations.
• Provide technical support for customer questions and inquiries.
• Collaborate with product and solution consulting teams to refine demo capabilities and answer customer questions.
