Process Automation Specialist

Salling Group A/S is hiring for a position based in Szczecin focused on automating and optimizing business processes using tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Apps. The role involves working with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and integrations via REST API, supporting digital transformation initiatives in an international environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business process automation.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps.
• Experience creating integrations using REST API.
• Experience working with SAP and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to analyze business processes and identify improvements.
• Ability to collaborate with business users and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Communicative English language skills for international work environment.
• Independence, communication skills, and goal-oriented approach.

Nice to have:

• Experience with RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere.
• Experience in developing AI-based solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with AI services on Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of Python.

• Ensure smooth operation and adaptation of existing automations to evolving business processes.
• Create, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and other automation tools.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization.
• Develop business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Design and develop system integrations using REST API.
• Support initiatives involving artificial intelligence in process automation.
• Participate in development of solutions based on Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI.
• Test, monitor, and enhance deployed automation solutions.
• Prepare technical and user documentation.
• Ensure continuity of automation processes (daily operations).
• Collaborate with business teams and colleagues from Denmark.
