Philip Morris Polska Distribution Spółka z o.o. is part of Philip Morris International, focused on implementing new technologies to build a smoke-free future. The company operates in Poland and works on IT projects supporting sales, marketing, digital, and e-commerce departments.

• Student of bachelor's or master's degree (3rd, 4th, or 5th year) or graduate up to 12 months ago; IT-related fields are preferred
• Knowledge and ability to use the latest AI functionalities and tools
• Experience or desire to develop skills in project management with Agile methodology
• Proficient in Polish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
• Creativity, communication skills, quick learning ability, and analytical thinking
• Openness to gaining new knowledge and working in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to engage in ambitious projects
• Availability for at least 32 hours per week (4 days)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Salesforce, AWS solutions, and Atlassian tools
• Technical skills in SQL, Python, and system architecture

• Participate in projects related to creating an IT ecosystem for sales, marketing, digital, and e-commerce departments
• Provide ongoing system support in cooperation with suppliers
• Support tasks related to cybersecurity
• Analyze and prepare project documentation
• Develop skills in translating business requirements into technical guidelines
• Use AI tools daily to support project work, documentation creation, and increase productivity
• Work on individual projects
• Carry out technical tasks according to needs and competencies
