Data and Insights Analyst

The Data & Insight Analyst is a key member of the Marketing Insights Team supporting the European region.

• Passion for working with complex data sets and tackling quantitative problems
• Experience in data analytics and data visualization
• Experience with marketing analytics, brand impact analysis, ATL and digital campaign measurement
• Experience designing A/B tests, control group selection, and experimental data science
• Graduate degree (Masters) in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual rigor
• Hands-on experience with one or more data analytics/programming tools such as R, Python
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases
• Experience applying analytics techniques to business problems
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies such as use of AI agents
• Ability to communicate results to technical and business audiences
• Full professional proficiency in English

Nice to have:

• Experience with distributed computing in Apache Spark, including Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Experience with dashboarding tools such as PowerBI/Tableau
• Relevant degree in data analytics, statistics, mathematics
• Knowledge of payment network transactional data
• Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style
• Proven skills translating analytics output to actionable recommendations

• Evangelize the creative use of data analytics to explore large data sets and summarize results
• Build data products and solutions to make data and insights accessible, shareable and usable while ensuring governance and compliance
• Create and deliver business-centric insights through visualization and storyboarding
• Collaborate with internal partners to understand business requirements and outcomes
• Handle multiple medium data analytics projects and execute analytic plans using data mining and statistical techniques
• Ensure project delivery within timelines and maintain documentation
• Provide subject matter expertise and quality assurance of complex data analytics projects
• Identify opportunities to expand analytics application
• Automate processes and codes
