Wymagania

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or similar Finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of bad debt provisioning and credit risk management.
  • Familiarity with IFRS and financial control frameworks.
  • Experience or knowledge of SOX-controlled environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience using ERP systems and financial management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Relevant Finance, Accounting, or Business qualification or equivalent experience.

Obowiązki

  • Maintaining and developing dashboards, reports, and KPIs for Order to Cash.
  • Analysing data trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end financial reporting.
  • Performing monthly accounts receivable and ledger reconciliations.
  • Investigating and resolving account discrepancies.
  • Maintaining audit-ready documentation for internal controls.
  • Calculating bad debt provisions per IFRS requirements.
  • Monitoring overdue accounts and credit risk.
  • Collaborating with Credit Control and Collections teams to reduce write-offs.
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and reconciliation.
  • Supporting automation initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Ensuring SOX controls operate effectively.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and accountability within Finance.
