Wymagania
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, product development, packaging, or a related technical environment.
- Experience in packaging development and packaging-related processes.
- Understanding of technical, commercial, and financial considerations within a product lifecycle environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical and effective solutions.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- A degree or qualification in Engineering, Packaging Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field would be advantageous.
Obowiązki
- Implementing technical changes to existing products driven by regulatory requirements, marketing initiatives, reformulations, and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
- Creating, maintaining, and approving specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and other technical documentation.
- Developing, testing, and validating new packaging shippers to meet quality, performance, and cost objectives.
- Coordinating production trials and providing technical support to manufacturing teams.
- Investigating packaging and quality issues, leading corrective actions, and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Managing and supporting inline mold development and maintenance activities to ensure business continuity.
- Driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives across the inline product portfolio.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with agreed quality, compliance, and cost expectations.

Inne informacje
This position is a fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. Candidates must be fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken. The job is based in Poland with an office work mode. Avon complies with the Whistleblower Protection Act of June 14, 2024, and has procedures for reporting irregularities.
