Cloud Platform Operations Lead

• Expertise in cloud platform management including OCI, AWS, and Azure in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of network and security baselines for cloud resources.
• Proficiency with PaaS, IaaS, Kubernetes, and container management.
• Skills in infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CLI).
• Experience with observability, SRE, and IT Service Management (ITSM) automation for cloud operations.
• Knowledge of cloud networking patterns (VNet/VPC design, service endpoints, DNS, routing, peering).
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and FinOps.
• Experience planning and executing cloud migration projects.
• Strong documentation abilities.
• Ability to mentor L2 analysts on cloud build standards and troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Lead provisioning, management, and optimization of cloud infrastructure and services (OCI, AWS, Azure, IaaS, PaaS).
• Develop and maintain automation scripts including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform.
• Manage cloud cost optimization initiatives using FinOps principles.
• Lead incident response and troubleshooting for cloud platform issues.
• Mentor and guide L2 Support Analysts and organize an On-Call rota.
• Maintain documentation of cloud architectures, configurations, and procedures.
• Embed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to automate health checks and drift remediations.
