Atlassian Consultant (Jira, Confluence & JSM)

• Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM) with ability to support business and technical users.
• Hands-on experience configuring Jira and JSM, including workflows, automation, portals, SLAs, queues, request types, and knowledge base integration.
• Good understanding of Advanced Roadmaps, including capacity planning, dependencies, and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to gather requirements and recommend effective solutions.
• Continuous improvement mindset focusing on process optimization, user experience, and business value.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira and Confluence Cloud, including Cloud migration, adoption, and knowledge of Cloud capabilities and limitations.
• Experience working in hybrid Cloud/Data Center environments.
• Basic scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Node.js).

• Provide day-to-day support for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM) to technical and business users, translating requirements into solutions.
• Configure and maintain Jira projects including workflows, issue types, custom fields, permissions, screens, and automation.
• Manage and improve Confluence spaces, templates, and knowledge sharing.
• Configure and optimize JSM projects: request types, customer portals, queues, SLAs, approvals, workflows, and knowledge base integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service management processes and workflow efficiency.
• Build dashboards, reports, and automation to improve visibility and streamline processes.
• Support portfolio planning using Advanced Roadmaps including dependencies, capacity planning, and reporting.
• Create documentation, user guides, and conduct user training.
• Promote Atlassian best practices and governance across the organization.
