• Hands-on experience in supporting or developing Murex systems
• Strong knowledge of financial products and front office processes
• Solid analytical skills including risk, P&L, and trade lifecycle analysis
• Experience working in an Agile environment, including participation in demos, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Strong communication skills with ability to build relationships with business and tech teams
• Comfortable working directly with business users and developers daily
• Self-driven and able to work independently while being a team player
• Experience collaborating with global teams

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in software development
• Working knowledge of SQL, shell scripting, or similar development tools
• Understanding of risk and P&L for FX, commodities, or options
• Experience within Commodities, FX, or Fixed Income trading environments
• Familiarity with Geneos and Control-M
• CFA or FRM certification is a plus

• Work with business and technology stakeholders to build and develop HSBC primary trading systems, focusing on Precious Metals, FX, and Interest Rate products
• Offer production support services to Front and Middle Office users, managing incidents and problems with business impact analysis and desk-facing communication
• Act as the business analyst from project level, gathering requirements, discussing solutions with development teams, and supporting hands-on implementation
• Facilitate user acceptance tests, provide training sessions, and encourage feedback and communication
• Participate in continuous improvement of development, test, and release processes, automating manual and repetitive procedures
• Serve as the central contact point in European time zone with global users and stakeholders to develop and maintain partnership between business and technology
• Promote agile manifesto, delivering business value through iterative and incremental developments
