• 7+ years of experience delivering Ansible-based automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Strong scripting skills with Python, Go, Bash, etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English, capable of working in a multicultural/global environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and within diverse teams
• Strong documentation skills, collaboration, and sense of ownership

• Collaborate with key product stakeholders to understand the overall process and actions requiring automation
• Design and implement performant and resilient automation for manual process aspects
• Apply security-by-default principles including secrets management, least privilege, and vulnerability management
• Monitor and improve process performance, optimizing for robustness and unforeseen scenarios
• Automate both the process and the testing of the automation to ensure reliability
