Mobile Engineer | Senior | iOS

At NordLocker, a part of Nord Security, the team is building encrypted cloud storage that prioritizes privacy with a zero-knowledge platform to secure data from devices to the cloud.

• Strong commercial experience in software development for the iOS platform
• Knowledge of DI approaches, Protocol-oriented programming, modern concurrency in Swift (async/await)
• Experience with modern architecture approaches (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Swift, Coordinators)
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Experience working in an Agile product development environment
• Git knowledge and attention to design changes
• Deep understanding of native mobile app ecosystem and memory management
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading technical discussions and contributing to work improvements
• Strong ownership mindset, driving features from concept to production
• Accountability for commitments, proactive communication of risks and blockers
• Consistently delivering high-quality work balancing technical excellence with execution

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Cryptography (OpenSSL, CryptoKit)
• Experience with Feature Flags

• Work together with developers, QA, Engineering Manager, and Product Owner to build the iOS app for a global product
• Develop and maintain the application for the iOS platform in a fast development cycle
• Coordinate APIs provided by supporting teams
• Use 100% Swift codebase
• Select tools to ensure excellent code quality
• Contribute to technical tasks, feedback forms, and technical interviews
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and product/design meetings
• Implement unit testing to ensure code reliability and functionality
