• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications with measurable adoption
• Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications (frontend + backend)
• Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and no initial acceptance criteria
• Strong product mindset focusing on problems, outcomes, and impact
• 5+ years of development experience building real products, systems, tools, or meaningful features

• Own problems end-to-end—from idea to production
• Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications
• Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers
• Operate in small, highly autonomous teams
• Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration
• Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI using Senior Engineer
• Improve internal agent network and development workflows
• Move across the stack when needed
• Focus on user and business outcomes, not output

This is a hybrid position requiring office attendance 3 times a week - Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Candidates must provide accurate and complete information during recruitment. Limited use of AI tools to refine application materials is acceptable, but candidates remain responsible for their own submissions. Automated evaluation tools based on AI may be used during the recruitment process.
