.NET Engineer I VPN Windows team

The position is with Nord Security, working on NordVPN's Windows desktop application, a globally recognized cybersecurity product that focuses on online security, privacy, and data protection.

• 4+ years of software development experience as a .NET (C#) developer
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Experience with WPF, UWP, or similar XAML-based technologies
• Good knowledge of native Windows programming principles and APIs
• Confident in source code analysis and optimization
• Experience with unit testing and general testing practices
• Ability to adapt to changes and solve edge cases quickly

• Work on NordVPN Windows desktop application and ensure all features are operational
• Collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and Product Owner to create and maintain software
• Use Microsoft tools and technologies to extend and improve product functionality
• Participate and contribute to a team-based approach to software development and problem-solving
• Leverage technologies and languages outside of the .NET ecosystem if required
