Nord Security develops advanced privacy and cybersecurity tools, including Threat Protection Pro, the NordLynx protocol, and a high-speed VPN service.

• Strong understanding and proficiency in the Python programming language, including core concepts, syntax, and data structures.
• Experience designing microservice systems and communication.
• Experience using data stores like PostgreSQL.
• Ability to write maintainable code.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex problems and developing solutions.
• Rapid and continuous learning approach.
• Attention to detail with a structured, research-first-then-implement attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with FastAPI.
• Experience in ML Ops.

• Design, code, and maintain data curation and ingestion services for the Threat Intelligence team.
• Provide, get buy-in, and implement architectural solutions including distributed computing pipelines, micro-services, contracts, databases, and data flows.
• Participate actively in code reviews, share knowledge, and ensure high-quality technical requirements and documentation.
• Design new services needed to provide quality data feeds.
• Maintain code standards ensuring maintainable, readable, testable, secure, DRY, SOLID, and KISS principles.
• Propose and discuss innovative ideas related to the product and cybersecurity field.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance.
