Workday Financials Consultant | Senior

Nord Security provides cybersecurity solutions including VPNs, password managers, threat intelligence, and eSIMs for travel, serving millions worldwide.

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Workday Financials
• Experience with Prism Analytics (data sources, datasets, pipelines, publishing) and Accounting Center (accounting rules, journal generation)
• Workday Pro certifications in Financials, Prism Analytics, and/or Accounting Center
• General understanding of financial and accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, invoicing, banking, and payment-settlement
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering structured, testable configuration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication to Finance and technical teams
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with prioritization and timely resolution
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or major enhancement projects

• Configure and maintain Workday Financials including ledgers, accounts, cost centers, worktags, General Ledger, and journals
• Build and manage Prism Analytics data ingestion and transformation pipelines
• Design and maintain Accounting Center configurations for operational data mapping and journal generation
• Analyze business requirements and system integrations, translating functional and change requests into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data validation routines
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Treasury stakeholders for requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
• Manage security configuration for financial and Prism data
• Document configuration, processes, and accounting rule logic for audits and knowledge transfer
