Engineering Team Lead | C++ | Threat protection team

• Experience leading engineering teams (preferably with C++)
• Understand business goals and product vision and team contribution
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD) mindset
• Knowledge of network stack and low-level programming experience
• Expertise to make technical solutions, contribute to codebase, and perform quality code reviews
• Windows API and Kernel experience is a big plus
• High sense of responsibility and ownership
• Open communication style and transparency
• Positive attitude towards feedback, new ideas, and self-improvement
