IT Operations Manager

We support major clients like Prologis, ECE, CTP, and others, focusing on adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.

• Experience running IT operations or internal IT in a multi-site or distributed business.
• Hands-on expertise at tenant level with platforms such as Microsoft 365 and ability to learn others.
• Experience managing devices at scale through MDM solutions like Jamf, Kandji, Intune on macOS and Windows.
• Strong networking knowledge: Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, DNS, and connectivity.
• Automation skills using scripting languages/tools such as PowerShell, Graph, or equivalent, with an increasing use of AI.
• Ability to document, standardize processes, and communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues.
• Strong professional English; Polish is useful but not essential.

Nice to have:

• Experience with IT integration after acquisitions, including tenant migrations.
• Experience supporting ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials Plus audits.

• Own and manage the internal application estate end-to-end, including CRM, ERP, finance, HR, ticketing, collaboration, AI tools, provisioning, permissions, integrations, licences, and renewals.
• Manage identity and access across the group: SSO, MFA, conditional access, group and role design, and privileged account hygiene.
• Handle joiner, mover, and leaver processes across all systems.
• Oversee device lifecycle management for laptops, mobiles, and peripherals across macOS and Windows, including procurement, build standards, MDM enrolment, repair, replacement, and secure disposal.
• Manage network and office environments: Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN, DNS, connectivity, meeting room AV, and IT support for office moves.
• Administer AI tooling: workspace configuration, seats, credits, spend, and shadow AI detection.
• Run the internal helpdesk ensuring sensible SLAs and quality service.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and continuity for the internal IT estate with tested processes.
• Consolidate acquired environments into group standards, including tenant migrations.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including MSPs, ISPs, hardware, software, renewals, and costs.
• Implement security baselines set by Information Security and support audit evidence requirements.
