Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET Angular)

At SINGU, we are redefining how real estate companies run operations by building Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios. Our unified CAFM platform manages over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supports 500,000+ professionals, and operates in 35+ countries following strategic mergers with Micad and net-haus. We partner with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, scaling rapidly with backing from a leading growth equity investor.

• Strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#
• Solid experience building interfaces in Angular and TypeScript
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with PostgreSQL
• Habit of writing unit and integration tests as standard practice
• Comfortable leading code reviews and giving constructive feedback
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools and critical judgment
• Excellent command of English and strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams

Backend Development:

• Build and evolve backend applications in .NET 10 and C# 14
• Design consistent, secure, and well-documented REST APIs
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL database structures, queries, and indexes

Frontend Development:

• Build user interfaces using Angular and TypeScript
• Actively participate in frontend rewrite using Angular
• Ensure UI implementations are performant, maintainable, and align with product design

Quality & Testing:

• Treat unit and integration testing as core development practices
• Lead and participate in code reviews providing constructive feedback
• Write clean, secure, maintainable code aligned with company standards

AI-Assisted Development:

• Use AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) for development acceleration and refactoring
• Critically assess correctness, quality, security, and performance of AI-generated code

Delivery & Collaboration:

• Work with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to reliably deliver features on time
• Collaborate closely with Team Lead, Product Manager, Product Designer, and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Share knowledge and mentor less experienced engineers
