IT Team Leader

CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert and the first-choice service partner for top global networking hardware providers, software providers and telecoms. They create proofs-of-concept, help clients build new products, nurture existing ones and provide services in production environments. The company operates since 2011 with less than 250 employees and serves clients in the US, Japan, Israel, and Europe. The IT Administration team supports all corporate departments by managing technical event logistics, critical server infrastructures, and network systems ensuring reliability.

• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Team Leader or Manager and at least 5 years as a System or Network Administrator
• Extensive knowledge of up-to-date industry solutions and striving to implement them
• Professional proficiency in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders across all levels
• Flexibility to work with different technologies and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in people leadership
• Experience working with Atlassian products and Google Workspace
• Practical knowledge and implementation experience of the NIS2 Directive in IT operational environments
• Practical experience in maintaining and improving Information Security Management Systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001
• Very good IT knowledge related to operating systems, networking, and at least one virtualization management system or cloud (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, oVirt, AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Junos OS (EX, SRX)
• Experience with Ubiquiti devices
• Networking or system administration certifications (JNCP/CCNP, CompTIA/RHCA)
• Ability to write scripts (Python/Bash/Google Apps Scripts) and automate using (Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Jenkins)
• Internal Auditor ISO 27001 certification and audit experience

• Holistically grasp all business processes and their impact on IT with a broad technological perspective
• Ensure IT infrastructure, internal processes, and team workflows comply with regulatory frameworks, specifically the NIS2 Directive and AI Act
• Maintain a hands-on leadership role while managing the IT Administration team's core functions
• Conduct security, privacy, and risk assessments for software applications, AI tools, and third-party solutions before team adoption
• Establish secure infrastructure frameworks and risk management standards (AI Governance) for internal AI-driven software development projects
• Support maintenance and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 standard
• Proactively track upcoming cybersecurity and privacy legal requirements, ensuring timely adjustments to policies, technical systems, and workflows
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate operational, technical, and data security risks associated with emerging technologies
• Manage IT budgets including contract negotiations and vendor management
