Network & Hardware AI Validation Engineer

CodiLime is a software and network engineering industry expert serving top global networking hardware providers, software providers, and telecoms. The company has over 250 employees and operates since 2011. It develops software for modern networking platforms and operating systems, including cloud-native and containerized services, bridging hardware and AI-driven development.

• Practical experience in Python development or scripting for test automation
• Hands-on experience with physical hardware, router platforms, CLIs, and network interfaces
• Strong understanding of L2/L3 networking concepts, IP routing, and protocols such as VLANs, BGP, OSPF
• Active daily use of AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) for coding
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level, preferably C1 or C2)

Nice to have:

• Ability to read and analyze C/C++ source code for hardware behavior
• Experience scaling test frameworks across hardware models or architectures
• Hands-on experience with network automation frameworks like pyATS, Robot Framework, Scapy, or Ansible
• Familiarity with traffic generation tools (Spirent, Ixia, TRex) or packet analyzers like Wireshark
• Experience working with Software Houses

• Research and define best implementation approaches for client requirements and ideas
• Engage with client architects and end-users through design calls to gather requirements and clarify edge cases
• Develop and maintain a Python-based validation framework to test low-level SDK APIs
• Use AI coding tools (LLMs, Copilot, Codex) as primary workflow to rapidly generate, refactor, and expand test scripts
