Consultant - Software Implementation

Their Service Lifecycle Management Platform offers domain-fit solutions for Supply Chain optimization, Pricing strategy, and Service Fulfillment such as warranty management, field service management, service parts management, and knowledge management. It serves world-leading organizations including JCB, Kubota, Electrolux, Toyota, Renault, and Hitachi.

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in enterprise software implementations
• Interest in leveraging Information Technology to achieve business objectives
• Ability to understand and write basic SQL queries
• Accountability for customer needs and delivering best results
• Ability to understand and document customer requirements
• Fluent English at business level in both written and spoken communication

Nice to have:

• Experience building business solutions based on standard software
• Experience in pricing software implementation
• Strong experience in the after-sales domain

• Design and document end-to-end business processes based on Syncron’s best practices and standard software solutions
• Set up Syncron’s solutions to enable customer value in collaboration with the Syncron Solution Architect
• Configure, test, and fine-tune business parameters to optimize solution fit
• Support end users in UAT testing and provide Super User Training to enable adoption of Syncron solutions
• Collaborate with Product Management department to improve Syncron solutions
