Technical Solutions Engineer

EazyStock is a "startup" within Syncron, a global market leading company developing solutions for after market service optimization. EazyStock works with small to medium sized companies, helping them to optimize their inventories and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction without excess capital tied up in redundant inventory. The team operates internationally in Europe, Asia, and the USA, developing and selling cloud-based inventory optimization software.

• Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, customer-facing technical roles, or implementation consulting.
• Experience with building integrations on iPaaS platforms / ETL.
• Solid SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of software engineering best practices: version control, CI/CD, code review, and agile delivery.
• Ability to troubleshoot across systems (APIs, data, configuration) and communicate root causes and remediation clearly.
• Strong analytical skills including understanding business processes.
• Ability to understand and document customer requirements and communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge or experience within the aftermarket industry.
• Experience building solutions using AI-powered tooling.

• Design, build, and maintain integrations and platform extensions (APIs, services, data flows) using an iPaaS / ETL platform.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution design discussions balancing performance, maintainability, and usability.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and automated; improve logging, monitoring, and reliability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including requirements, solution design notes, runbooks, tutorials, and release documentation.
• Mentor junior team members when needed.
