Manager AI/ML

Syncron is a SaaS company specializing in aftermarket solutions with over 20 years of experience. Their Service Lifecycle Management Platform focuses on Supply Chain optimization, Pricing strategy, and Service Fulfillment. The company has a global presence with offices in multiple countries including Poland and Sweden as headquarters.

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience managing distributed and remote teams.
• Proven experience deploying ML models in production at scale.
• Developed scalable ML systems and architectures supporting model reusability.
• Expertise in programming languages Python, R, SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with MLOps tools MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker.
• Knowledge of AutoML platforms like Google AutoML, H2O.ai, Azure AutoML.
• Familiarity with data engineering, data pipelines, data lake, data lakehouse, and data mesh architectures.
• Proficient in Python for model development and data manipulation.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Spark and Mage AI.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI including productionalizing chatbots.
• Background in software engineering or DevOps.
• Domain experience in Supply Chain, Pricing, Inventory, and Service Fulfillment.

• Develop and execute the organization's data science strategy focusing on machine learning, MLOps, and AutoML.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and specialists.
• Define and evolve the long-term AI/ML architecture roadmap ensuring scalability and integration.
• Define and implement a roadmap for data collection, storage, and analysis with machine learning pipelines.
• Oversee deployment of predictive models and machine learning algorithms integrated with AutoML platforms.
• Improve model lifecycle time and scalability by applying advanced MLOps and AutoML practices.
