• Solid experience in slot game mathematics.
• Good knowledge of Combinatorics, Probability Theory, and Quantitative Analysis.
• Experience with team management or mentoring is beneficial.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of programming.
• University Degree in Mathematics or other numerate discipline such as Statistics, Physics, or Engineering.

• Own the end-to-end mathematical design process for high-complexity titles, ensuring models deliver optimal player experience (volatility, hit frequency, RTP) and meet commercial goals.
• Drive the conceptualisation and development of novel and unique slot mechanics, collaborating closely with Product Owners and Game Designers.
• Develop, maintain, and utilize sophisticated Monte Carlo simulation tools to test, validate, and optimize game models before production.
• Create comprehensive, auditable mathematical documentation and technical specifications for all game models, meeting internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Potential future management of a small team of junior mathematicians.
• Partner with Developers, QA, Artists, and Product Owners for flawless integration of mathematical models into final games.
• Conduct deep quantitative analysis of competitor games and market trends to identify opportunities for new mathematical features and maintain portfolio competitiveness.
