Solutions Consultant

Solvti is a company focused on implementing ERP systems, primarily Odoo, with expertise in accounting and finance systems. The team is 8 people strong and works on IT implementations aimed at delivering measurable business benefits, particularly in the Polish and European markets including Norway and Germany.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Odoo, other ERP, AI, or accounting-finance system implementations, or 5 years of overall professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of either Odoo or finance and accounting.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• Residence near Wrocław with readiness to work at least 2 days per week from the Wrocław office.
• Ability to conduct difficult conversations including financial discussions.
• Business-minded thinking beyond system functions.
• Willingness to provide honest feedback to clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multilingual team.

Nice to have:

• Several years of accounting experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or accounting firms.
• Knowledge of Norwegian or German languages.
• Previous experience with Odoo.
• Familiarity with Polish accounting realities such as KSeF and JPK_VAT.

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
• Understand clients' business models including their customers' needs.
• Manage and monitor client budgets to ensure effective use.
• Ensure clients' IT investments yield returns.
• Plan Solvti team work for assigned clients.
• Maintain client satisfaction with Solvti cooperation.
• Choose appropriate billing models to reflect real post-implementation value.
• Ensure profitability of client collaborations.

• Requirement to reside near Wrocław and work at least 2 days per week onsite in Wrocław.
• Fluent Polish and English required.
• Position involves collaboration in a multilingual team including German and Norwegian clients.
