SharePoint SME / 3rd Line Technical Specialist

This position is for a SharePoint expert supporting and developing SharePoint environments across on-premises and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online) in a company with offices in Wrocław and Gdańsk. The role focuses on migration from SharePoint Server 2019 to Subscription Edition and collaboration with infrastructure, security, and business teams on enterprise-scale solutions.

• Experience with SharePoint Server 2019 and Subscription Edition, including upgrades and migrations.
• Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and governance.
• Experience developing with SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 stack including OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online and hybrid integration patterns is desirable.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with third-party systems and APIs.
• Experience building automations using Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps) is desirable.
• Exposure to AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Serve as the 3rd line escalation point for complex SharePoint incidents and requests.
• Lead and manage SharePoint Server 2019 to Subscription Edition upgrade projects including planning, testing, execution, and validation.
• Operate, support, and optimize SharePoint Online within the Microsoft 365 tenant.
• Administer on-premises SharePoint environments and hybrid configurations.
• Investigate and resolve integration issues between SharePoint and third-party systems (e.g., ServiceNow, CRM, HR platforms).
• Design and implement SharePoint solutions and customizations using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and related client-side technologies.
• Develop and maintain automations and application components using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and business teams to define requirements and implement changes.
• Document architecture, operational procedures, and runbooks for platform management and knowledge transfer.

Position requires full-time on-site presence five days per week in Wrocław or Gdańsk.
