- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
- Create and maintain unit and integration tests; participate in code reviews and continuous integration workflows.
- Optimize application performance and resource utilization for target platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues promptly.
- Mentor other engineers and share knowledge of C++ and Qt/QML patterns.
- Participate in architecture discussions and make pragmatic decisions balancing quality, performance, and delivery timelines.
