Senior Agentic AI Engineer (Python)

SoftServe's AI and Data Science Center of Excellence is a team of 170+ experts including Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Architects focusing on autonomous AI at production scale.

• Minimum 3 years experience building and deploying production-grade applications using the Python ecosystem
• Strong Python proficiency for automation and data processing
• Hands-on experience integrating ML services into real applications
• Advanced experience with GenAI tools, LLMs (Claude, GPT), and code generation tools like GitHub Copilot or Windsurf
• Working knowledge of agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI, and MCP for tool and context integration
• Familiarity with decision-making and planning frameworks
• Proven experience with cloud AI/ML services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Solid understanding of full AI/ML project lifecycle
• Familiarity with CI/CD/CT practices for ML systems and workflow orchestration tools like Kubeflow or Airflow
• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or related field
• Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English, spoken and written

• Design and develop agentic pipelines for code generation using LLMs and agent frameworks
• Build and maintain LLMOps pipelines with tools like MLflow, Langfuse, or LangSmith
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to translate use cases into scalable ML solutions
• Design and implement MCP integrations to connect LLMs with external tools and data sources
• Develop and deploy NLP, RAG systems, and multimodal model applications
• Validate agentic outputs as human-in-the-loop for quality and compliance
• Support productionization of large language models including CI/CD/CT pipeline setup and cloud deployment on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Capture reusable prompt patterns, templates, and playbooks for team knowledge base
