Wymagania
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Planning / Supply Chain Planning.
- Very good knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain processes.
- Experience with planning systems, especially SAP APO, SAP ECC, and/or o9 Solutions.
- Experience in implementation or transformation projects from analysis and design through testing to go-live.
- Knowledge of capacity planning, inventory optimization, network planning, and constraint modelling.
- Experience working with planning data, data quality, system data flows, and configuration parameters affecting planning results.
- Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and planning logic.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytic tools such as Power BI, Excel/VBA, BI.
- Experience leading workstreams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Very good communication skills and ability to build relationships with business, IT, and implementation partners.
- Independence and freedom to act in an international, dynamic transformational environment.
Obowiązki
- Leading a selected area of the Supply Planning transformation project and being accountable for its key outcomes.
- Co-creating and implementing the o9 Solutions platform aligned with business processes and organizational needs.
- Analyzing current processes and tools, designing new automated solutions to support planning.
- Collaborating with implementation partners in solution design and planning logic definition.
- Ensuring accurate mapping of Supply Planning processes, constraints, production capacities, and supply network flows.
- Overseeing data quality and readiness and validating flows between o9, S/4HANA, and SAP APO.
- Preparing and conducting tests, coordinating defect resolution, and assessing solution readiness for launch.
- Supporting Go/No-Go decisions, cutover, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Collaborating with business teams, IT, external partners, and stakeholders across various regions.
- Supporting the organization in adopting new processes, tools, and work methods post-implementation.
