IT Team Leader

The IT Administration team maintains the operation of all corporate departments by managing technical event logistics, server infrastructures, and network systems with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. CodiLime has fewer than 250 employees and has been operating since 2011, serving clients globally including in the US, Japan, Israel, and Europe.

• At least 5 years of experience working as an IT Team Leader or Manager and at least 5 years as a System or Network Administrator.
• Extensive knowledge of the latest and most effective industry solutions.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Flexibility to work with different technologies and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in people leadership.
• Experience with Atlassian products and Google Workspace.
• Practical knowledge of the NIS2 Directive and its implementation in IT operational environments.
• Practical experience in maintaining and improving Information Security Management Systems compliant with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Very good IT knowledge related to operating systems, networking, and at least one virtualization or cloud management system (Proxmox, VMware, Hyper-V, oVirt, AWS, GCP, Azure).

Nice to have:

• Experience working with Junos OS (EX, SRX).
• Experience with Ubiquiti devices.
• Networking or system administration certifications (JNCP/CCNP, CompTIA, RHCA).
• Ability to write scripts in Python, Bash, and Google Apps Script, and automate with Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins.
• Internal Auditor ISO 27001 certification and audit experience.

• Holistic grasp of all business processes and understanding their impact on IT with a broad technological perspective.
• Ensuring IT infrastructure, internal processes, and team workflows adhere to relevant regulatory frameworks, specifically the NIS2 Directive and AI Act.
• Maintaining a hands-on leadership role while managing the IT Administration team's core functions.
• Conducting security, privacy, and risk assessments for software applications, AI tools, and third-party solutions before adoption.
• Establishing secure infrastructure frameworks and risk management standards (AI Governance) for internal AI-driven software development projects.
• Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Information Security Management System in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Proactively tracking upcoming cybersecurity and privacy legal requirements and ensuring timely adjustments.
• Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating operational, technical, and data security risks associated with emerging technologies.
• Managing IT budgets including contract negotiations and vendor management.
