Project Manager

PKO Finat Sp. z o.o. is a company based in Warszawa, Poland, operating in the IT sector, coordinating IT projects involving technical teams.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, including coordination of technical teams.
• Knowledge of software development and maintenance processes.
• Understanding of system integration, solution architecture, and deployments.
• Ability to plan and coordinate parallel work streams across multiple teams.
• Skills in identifying and managing technical risks and project dependencies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical IT project management.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools for project planning and reporting.
• Proficiency in English to collaborate effectively in project environments.

Nice to have:

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, PSPO, or AgilePM.
• Experience with data platforms, system integrations, or cloud solutions.
• Experience collaborating with external IT vendors.

• Coordinate and deliver IT projects from a technical perspective.
• Collaborate with development teams, architects, analysts, administrators, and testers to ensure timely solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical work ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with project requirements.
• Identify technical risks, system dependencies, and initiate mitigation actions.
• Support preparation of estimates, schedules, deployment, and migration plans.
• Organize and conduct project meetings and technical workshops.
• Cooperate with business project manager to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Report project status, key risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and management.
• Coordinate activities of multiple teams and IT suppliers involved in project execution.
• Assist in resolving ongoing project issues and removing obstacles affecting project completion.

Work location requirement: minimum 2 days per week in the office at Chmielna 89, Warszawa.
