Technical Project Manager

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration form dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for clients with innovative and modern initiatives. The client is one of the largest financial institutions in Poland, seeking a Technical Project Manager for technical coordination of complex IT projects and collaboration with technical teams, business, and external suppliers.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project execution, including coordinating technical teams
• Knowledge of software development and maintenance processes
• Understanding of system integration, solution architecture, deployments, and migrations
• Ability to plan and coordinate parallel work across multiple teams
• Experience identifying technical risks and project dependencies and managing them effectively
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical teams and business representatives
• Highly developed organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and practical IT project management
• Practical experience with Jira and Confluence, and project planning and reporting tools
• Proficiency in English enabling smooth project collaboration

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM, PSPO, or AgilePM
• Experience with data platforms, system integrations, or cloud solutions
• Experience collaborating with external IT suppliers
• Experience in the financial or banking sector

• Coordinating and executing IT projects technically
• Collaborating with developers, architects, analysts, administrators, and testers to deliver solutions on time
• Planning, coordinating, and monitoring technical work considering quality, timelines, and project requirements
• Identifying technical risks and system dependencies and initiating mitigation actions
• Supporting preparation of estimations, schedules, implementation, and migration plans
• Organizing and leading project meetings and technical workshops
• Collaborating with business project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Reporting project status, key risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and management
• Coordinating activities of multiple teams and suppliers involved in the project
• Supporting resolution of project issues and removal of obstacles affecting the project

Work location hybrid in Warszawa with presence in the office at least two days a week.
