Principal Software Engineer

EY GDS Poland is a member of the global integrated service delivery center network by EY, operating across nine locations worldwide and collaborating with EY teams on projects involving well-known global brands.

• 7 years of experience with .Net technologies including C#, .Net Core, ORMs such as Entity Framework or nHibernate, and .Net Framework.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and design patterns, Clean Code principles, and testing best practices.
• Experience with Azure or other public cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of database technologies like MS SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with source code management using Git, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and automated deployments.
• Educational background: BTech/MTech or Master’s in Computer Applications.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with web frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Understanding of Reactive Architecture concepts.
• Experience in leading project teams for external clients.

• Provide technical leadership for development teams and solutions to deliver high quality software.
• Apply object-oriented and functional programming styles to real-world software engineering problems.
• Work with Cloud Architecture, Microservices Architecture, and Container Technologies such as AKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Demonstrate understanding of high-quality coding and testing practices.
• Adopt Agile software delivery techniques and technologies including Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Develop solutions integrating on-premise and cloud-based systems.
• Assist in solution design and client offerings.
