Test Manager

The role involves management within the banking industry, specifically focused on the upgrade project of the Murex system.

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing testing in IT projects.
• Knowledge of test management methodologies.
• Experience in defect and project risk management.

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking or finance sector.
• Knowledge of the Murex system.
• ISTQB, PRINCE2, AgilePM certifications are welcome but not required.

• Manage the testing process.
• Develop testing strategy and plans for the project.
• Define scope, schedule, and resources for testing.
• Oversee execution of functional, integration, and UAT tests.
• Monitor quality of test execution.
• Prepare recommendations regarding deployment readiness.
• Manage the testing team.
• Coordinate work of testers and external vendors.
• Resolve conflicts and organizational issues.
• Foster team skills development.
• Manage testing tools.
• Oversee defect management process.
• Report testing progress and solution quality.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and technical teams.
