Wymagania
- Senior-level experience in game design for online and live-service (Games-as-a-Service) titles
- Prior experience as Lead Game Designer or Design Director
- Open and supportive attitude towards all game development team members
- Structured, professional approach to game design and production methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good command of English
- Knowledge of statistics and/or data analytics tools
- Knowledge of visual scripting tools or languages
- Passion for video games and knowledge of latest titles and trends, especially in Online, F2P and Live Operations market
Obowiązki
- Define the framework and structure for new experiences in the Dying Light franchise
- Creatively lead an interdisciplinary team of developers to deliver your vision
- Lead team designs through the full development cycle from conception to support
- Advocate for team members by understanding and utilizing their strengths
- Define and design progression systems, gameplay mechanics, and online features
- Collaborate with marketing and biz dev to design engagement mechanisms and in-game economy
- Work closely with Production to plan the development roadmap and goals
- Prioritize and assign tasks to designers and developers, provide feedback and coaching
- Communicate with programmers, artists, animators, and other production teams
- Support structured and iterative implementation of features
- Collaborate with player research teams to define playtest scope and data gathering
- Create and update design documentation used by development and supporting teams
