Senior Workday Financial Consultant

• 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP consulting
• Experience in leading Workday implementations or other ERP systems
• Experience implementing functional areas including R2R (Financial Accounting, Financial Dimension / Chart of Accounts Design), P2P (Procurement, Supplier Accounts), O2C (Customer Management, Customer Accounts, Customer Contracts), Business Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany
• Workday Finance Certifications in at least one mentioned area
• Knowledge of new technologies and AI-powered tools such as task automation, information analysis, content creation
• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Work on Workday Financial deployments in leading roles
• Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
• Assess client needs and propose recommendations or alternative solutions
• Advise clients on best practices, recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements
• Perform system configuration, testing, and data activities
• Help convert legacy data into Workday
• Assist integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions
• Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology
• Share knowledge, support, and mentor new team members
• Support sales activities and business development
