UX Researcher

LinkGroup is the employer for this UX Researcher role.

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in UX research, usability evaluation, or market research.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Practical knowledge of design and handover environments like Figma and Zeplin.
• A portfolio or case studies demonstrating practical application of various research methods to real-world products.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Partner closely with product managers and UX/UI designers to scope strategic research needs across the product lifecycle.
• Tailor and apply diverse research methodologies based on project goals, timelines, and technical constraints.
• Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative studies, including user interviews, usability testing sessions, and survey creation.
• Draft research artifacts, including discussion guides, testing protocols, and feedback syntheses.
• Archive research intelligence in a structured, centralized repository to make user data accessible across teams.
• Scale team standards by continuously refining research workflows, templates, and documentation guidelines.
