UX Designer

LinkGroup is the employer offering this UX/UI Designer role to shape new product initiatives from their Warsaw office.

• 3–5 years hands-on experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• High proficiency in Figma and solid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with web fundamentals (basic HTML, CSS) and handoff platforms (Sketch, Zeplin).
• Strong working knowledge of digital accessibility standards (WCAG).
• A solid portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, and finished interactive prototypes.
• Strong communication skills and appetite for cross-functional teamwork.

• Partner with UX/UI leadership to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows, clear wireframes, and functional prototypes.
• Help build, maintain, and expand the core design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across product lines.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and accurate visual implementation.
• Synthesize research data and stakeholder feedback to iterate on existing visual baseline designs and drive new initiatives.
