Tech Lead

• Experience leading a software engineering team including people growth.
• Strong hands-on background in .NET, C#, and Angular/TypeScript.
• Comfort making and defending architecture decisions.
• Practical experience embedding AI tools into team workflows.
• Ability to verify AI-generated code before deployment.
• Very good English language skills for direct communication with clients' IT departments.

• Lead the team: run day-to-day engineering, remove blockers, mentor engineers, raise the bar through code reviews, and partner with the Engineering Manager on hiring and development plans.
• Own the architecture: make and document technology decisions, drive the Angular front-end rewrite, keep technical debt visible and controlled.
• Set the AI standard: define AI tool usage (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) across requirements, coding, testing, and review, ensuring correctness and security.
• Deliver hands-on: contribute directly to the codebase and maintain smooth CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions.
• Bridge product and engineering: collaborate as an equal partner with Product Manager and Product Designer, manage feasibility assessments, and communicate with clients' IT teams.
