Solution Architect

ISS Tech Team creates smarter workplace experiences through technology, building digital solutions including sensors, IoT devices, data analytics, and AI-driven capabilities to support ISS A/S operations in Cleaning, Workplace, Food, and Technical Services across more than 30 countries.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Systems Analysis, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 to 10 years of professional IT experience with strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Expertise and preferably business knowledge in specific domains.
• Experience with Cloud native development (preferably AWS/Azure), microservices, APIs (REST/GraphQL), OAuth/SAML, and architectural patterns such as event-driven and messaging.
• Knowledge of various integration patterns and IT Security best practices (OWASP).
• Expertise across multiple domains including Cloud, Automation, Software Development, Data, and AI.
• Ongoing engagement with technology trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, explaining risks and impacts.
• Competence in creating comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and integrations.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in problem identification and effective solution development.
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges and learn new skills.
• Effective time management and task prioritization skills.

Designing System Architecture:

• Develop concepts and designs for IT system architecture to meet business, performance, and security requirements.
• Define structure of applications within projects.
• Design integration methods between IT systems.
• Create initial system architecture as a basis for further development.
• Improve and optimize existing architectures, evaluating current solutions and identifying gaps.
• Design database architecture.
• Create prototypes and solution skeletons, recommending design patterns and architectural standards.
• Define principles related to the software development process.
• Design systems in monolithic or distributed architectures.
• Develop recommendations for system solutions including commercial off-the-shelf and self-developed software.

Creating Solution Specifications:

• Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs.
• Define detailed technical requirements including hardware, infrastructure, software, tools, and technologies.
• Prepare project specifications and technical environment requirements.

Developing Technical Documentation:

• Create conceptual and design documentation describing system architecture and operation following ISS standards.
• Prepare descriptions of system construction solutions.
• Document technical system parameters.
• Create schemas, diagrams (e.g., UML), and technical drawings illustrating architecture and data flow.
• Develop and update procedures related to the designed system or architecture.
• Describe non-functional properties of the system.
• Define usage conditions and limitations for solutions.

Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do czasu zakończenia postępowania rekrutacyjnego i przez okres możliwości dochodzenia ewentualnych roszczeń, a w przypadku wyrażenia zgody na udział w przyszłych postępowaniach rekrutacyjnych - do czasu wycofania tej zgody. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie. Odbiorcą danych jest serwis Just Join IT oraz inne podmioty, którym powierzyliśmy przetwarzanie danych w związku z rekrutacją.
