Dynamics 365 Senior CE Solution Architect

We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect to help clients turn business challenges into scalable, well-designed Microsoft solutions. The role involves solution advisory and architecture design during pre-sales through initial project delivery stages. This includes working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices. The position is within the Dynamics 365 CE practice and involves contributing to reusable architecture patterns and best practices.

• 7+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM, Power Platform, or solution architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience designing Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience designing integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
• Good knowledge of APIs, Azure services, authentication, data architecture, security, and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with multiple Dynamics 365 CE applications such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Customer Insights.
• Experience leading technical discovery and solution design workshops.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, extensions, and differentiation between out-of-the-box and custom development.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers, Functional Consultants, Project Managers, and technical specialists.
• Ability to make pragmatic architectural decisions and explain them.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management or similar.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Power Platform components.
• Experience with CI/CD, Azure DevOps, environment strategy, and ALM for Power Platform.
• Experience with enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations and complex integrations.
• Experience in pre-sales activities aiding solution shaping.
• Microsoft certification in Power Platform Solution Architecture, Dynamics 365 Functional Consulting, Solution Architecture, or related areas.

• Lead solution discovery and architecture discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Understand business objectives, processes, pain points, and requirements, translating them into solution concepts.
• Challenge requirements and propose alternative approaches for better outcomes.
• Design end-to-end solutions based on Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Define application and integration architecture including Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform, Azure, and external systems.
• Define integration approaches, APIs, data flows, authentication, and system boundaries.
• Make architectural decisions and document design principles, assumptions, and trade-offs.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into solution architecture.
• Provide technical direction to developers and review implementation approaches.
• Support pre-sales activities including discovery sessions, solution presentations, technical workshops, demonstrations, estimates, and proposals.
• Prepare and present solution architecture documents and technical recommendations to business and technical audiences.
• Support transition from opportunity to delivery and stay involved during initial stages of implementation.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, limitations, and opportunities early in engagement.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft and Dynamics 365 best practices for long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to the development of reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and best practices within Dynamics 365 CE practice.
