Senior Business Analyst – Guidewire PolicyCenter (ACE Certified)

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects with Guidewire PolicyCenter
• ACE certification is required
• Familiarity with ContactManager (CM) and its integration with PC/CC
• Familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms, including integration and backend services
• Experience in system integrations
• Ability to model system integrations and datasets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including building relationships with senior management
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

• Experience across the full Guidewire suite, including PolicyCenter (PC), BillingCenter (BC), and ClaimCenter (CC)

• Elicit and analyze the client’s business needs
• Co-create and model a solution vision aligned with the customer’s priorities and available resources
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for developed IT systems
• Collaborate with the development team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, to ensure the expected solution is delivered
